Purpose of use of personal information IHCSA uses input personal information to respond to inquiries.

IHCSA does not supply acquired personal information to a third party unless the person
concerned gives his/her consent or the action is based on legislation.

Consignment of handling of personal information
IHCSA may consign all or part of the handling of acquired personal information.

Disclosure, etc. of personal information eligible for disclosure and contact for inquiries
Upon request from the person concerned, IHCSA will respond to the notification of purpose of use, disclosure, amendment, and addition of personal information eligible for disclosure that it possesses, as well as to deletion, termination of use, elimination, and termination of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”).
